is it worth it to get the wooting just for that? I'm wondering whether I should get a Wooting or the Akko MOD 007B HE, which also has the rapid trigger function, but has a far better build quality and a far better sound.

Only for rapid trigger/low actuation. SOCD just got banned in cs so I doubt riot will allow it. That being said SOCD is insane on movement agents like neon.
SOCD is still a small benefit for movement in val + RT makes it a worthwhile investment if you are actually trying to gain an advantage in val

Wooting has lower latency iirc, but if it's way out of your budget then the akko is good another good cheap alternative is the drunkdeer
