Icebox removed from rotation?

Hey I was just seeing the Lev qna video when they told their thoughts on icebox removed from rotation, so is this true like really? Cause icebox is one of the best maps for teams like Lev, sen and heretics , this is a big W for EDG as their icebox was bad
