If the team could function without him having to constantly micro manage everyone he would in the beginning of the year he tried to focus on himself a little more and did get more kills but Fnatic was shitting the bed as soon as he just starts heavily microing everyone again they start winning boasters impact is heavily underrated and I get that 9 kills in 2 maps is inexcusable but I believe he will be better

imo he should get better when leo gets back because it sounded like before he stepped down he was calling more like a secondary caller.

he micromanages his teammates a shit ton so it’s hard for him to frag because of that, if his teammates have no idea what they’re doing they’re often lost and he’s there to take charge, he has proven to be impactful though like yesterday he killed leaf and brought it down to a 2v3 which was massive (up 12-11 btw). of course him going 9/31 is unacceptable especially in a game where you risk getting sent to the lower bracket. it’s hard for him to find a balance

If boaster can make it to johnqt
boaster is playing an rts while everyone is playing valorant, its a lot harder to focus and have professional level reflexes when the majority of your attention is on how to outcall the opponent - notice how he aims 10x better when he's the last alive in a clutch
him spending 90% of the time looking at minimap allows his entire team to spend 10% looking at map and focus on fragging
He has a ton of pressure on him because he feels like he has to micromanage everything. He's basically a perfectionist with his calling and that leaves him unable to focus properly on his movement, crosshair and general mechanics. Notice how he performs much better in 2v4 or whatever type of clutch situation. He's capable of playing at least a bit better than he typically does but without a secondary caller to ease the pressure he frags like shit.

that’s probably why leo has been been training to be a secondary/main caller, both of them has more room for fragging and being able to make an impact by that
