no lol, some isps use dynamic, some use static

dynamic all you have to do is restart your router and ur ip changes , i use to get ddosed a lot on cod so i had to do this

but static is ass that shit don’t change unless you turn your router off for a day or 2 or call your ISP even then sometimes they don’t help with shit
