t1 teams have incentive to play against t2 teams, t2 play more games in the year, t2 teams have chance to do upset and more reason to play, more tournaments in the year mean orgs have more monetary gain etc..

This isnt very well explained, but I see where you're going.

I understand the idea of franchising, give orgs a safety blanket so they can worry about running a team, but there should definitely be some form of relegation, at least every couple years.

MIBR is gonna produce yet another mid roster next year with no hope of making play-offs, same as dfm. Other orgs should have a shot, and it shouldn't just be through ascension.
