Imagine ur the general manager of a franchise team and have infinite money and resources. Who would u take as a duelist.
A. a baiting jett/chamber op 1 trick merchant statpadder ASPAS/YAY
B. an entry virtuoso duelist god like texture, buzz, derke etc
C. no brain only instinct duelist ( sometimes he makes the flashiest craziest play of all time, sometimes he makes the stupidest mistake that even silver can pinpoint) j0ngggg

Jawgemo is a perfect combination between b and c tbh. I genuinely believe when this guy is in form ,hes the best duelist itw

B because texture and derke and buzz are three of the top duelists throughout the history of VCT for their entry ability. I get scared watching players get rushed by any of these three and that's a sign of a very good entry duelist.

I'd personally want a duelist who can flex off role if needed, so like zekken, narrate, jawgemo, Cyro, Demon1, something, etc. Basically, players who can play another role at a high level. I think flexibility is a super underrated characteristic, plus then you could get two cracked duelists (like Demon1 and jawgemo).

The problem is when u force these jett 1 trick into playing raze/neon(demon1,yay,smthg), they shit their pants. Like nrg and bleed this year that for whatever reason they force yay and demon1 to play raze

Demon1 played smokes pretty well though, something plays breach and Gekko regularly for PRX and does fine. I never mentioned yay because he hasn't really flexed before unless you count those few games on Viper.

The point I was making is if you have flexible players you could just get two duelists and rotate them based on which duelists they're good at, like EG did.

im taking texture due to his recent performances but aspas is the goat

Nah man I would prefer FNS over all of them.

I wouldn't want aspas to be in a team full of shitters
