geometrix [#3]monitor issue try FXAA or MSAA antialiasing or use experimental sharpening
edit: Also look into NVIDIA control panel I think you can set a global sharpness setting that will make things look clearer

i've been playing the game for a long time but i just realised that i always miss my long range shots and it might be because of the blurry heads

Doesn't seem like a PC problem, maybe your ingame settings isn't turned high or atleast try seeing the nvidia control panel if its on Quality mode

i got AMD, i'm trying to check out my amd control panel rn but it's not opening up ill be back once i get it fixed
