PRX actual problems

I feel like people are focusing too much on jingg and ignoring the other big issue, which is something
brother is only actually "good" at one agent, has mediocre utility on all the others and if he isn't baiting he's overheating and throwing man advantages. if this fraud spent as much time playing other agents as he spent saving for an op (or saving his op) he'd have mastered all the agents in the game

also it's hilarious watching the opinions on mindfreak fluctuate from "worst player on the roster" to "best player on the roster" within months, pick an option
imo he's definitely better than s0mething and j0ngg

in CS he changed tyloo, a team that is known to just run it down and depend on their aim kinda like PRX into a team that is more methodical and not brain dead. They was still an aggressive team, but they can also play slow and in one year he helped tyloo become a legit tier 1 contender which is something that is really hard for an asian team in CS back then.

Call me a CS old head or whatever but his brain and work ethic is unmatched and prx can definitely use some of that, plus chemistry with his brother.

Every team now is util heavy. They counter PRX playstyle well. Although they have golden aim, they rush more than necessary. They have to find a balance. They need an assistant coach not from the same region. They need someone from AMER or EMEA region to balance out the lack of util. If you look closely, heretics also has similar playstyle, but they have Boo and Benjy only holding, not rushing. Miniboo and Woot make the rush gameplay. Riens supports them. Boo and Benjy never rush. They make it work well because they have good setups for entry. They play in EMEA, they must have good setups for entry.

In PRX, Davai and Mindfreak dont rush, Forsaken needs a fair bit of warmup. Something is overpeaking all the time for info. Jingg is doing more of same.

They just have to expand their agent pool to form a structure in their chaotic game style.

Something - Needs to add neon
Jingg - Has to learn an initiator like kayo, sova, fade
Davai - Just make him IGL
Mindfreak - Make him second caller
Forsaken - king of all agents. no change. the goat. Make him second caller

Forsaken and Jingg should be able to switch between duelist and initiators on the fly.

on top of it all, they have to play with info and not peek for info. Use flashes and mollies better. They are cracked, they only need simple changes. Anyone in this team can pop-off, they only need to stay alive.

Their biggest issue is being consistent, you'll never have that 1 guy that just owns, even though the entire team can be "that" guy.

"not better than something" "he's just more disciplined" so he's better than something? and if we're talking purely mechanics then mindfreak is arguably still better, he just doesn't get a chance to shine due to his role and how his play style fits the team. he's either last alive in a 1vs5 or the rest of the team already killed everyone

There’s a lot to the game beyond playing safe when you need to play safe. There are times you need to play aggressive and something is better at performing in those times. Mindfreak is not the problem at prx but he isn’t one of the best players either. Idk it’s like if I said 2023 starxo was better than 2023 trexx because starxo played more disciplined in man advantage scenarios

it is a team problem, not jinggg. No discipline. t3xture literally only played 2 agents in last 90 days (raze and jett). It is about how you play off each other.

I dont think there's a problem with the individuals. i just think prx as a team peaked, they no longer use utility together or peek together, in yesterday's match they just looked like 5 guys who are solo queuing, jinggg is peeking dry alone when F0rsaken has flashes, something is doing his own thing, david was just offline in that match, mindfreak was the only guy who was constantly playing decent. F0rsaken just looked lost as an initiator, honestly alecks needs to be questioned coz how do you go from a team that was good at combining their utility ( which is why most of their crazy comps worked btw) to looking like a team of 5 randoms playing ranked. When i think of prx last year on bind for example. Im thinking of something (reyna)and david combining their flashes with jinggg running it down with that utility to overwhelm a site, now they've become predictable because they are doing the same thing and hoping for a different result. Nah Alecks might be on fraudwatch tbh.

Whole team aside from Mindfreak was terrible yesterday, no doubt about it. Something might've mastered Jett but this dude was dying with nearly full util, not using his smokes to enter site or block off angles. Forsaken on the flash initiator isn't great either. He completely fumbled while playing Sova and there was literally no utility to support his duelists when he played Kayo. First time I've seen with my own eyes the 'jack off all trades is a master of none' argument ring true for him. Davai was completely checked out, dying with full utility, making the worst plays I've ever seen with some of his peaks. Disaster of a team right now.
