Okay, uninstall then reinstall Vanguard (you can find it in the system tray). Restart your computer. Then open Valorant from the Riot Client (if you don't have it download it). This should fix all your issues

you tried? even redownloading the client?

redownload the installer from the playvalorant website and reinstall the game

wasnt working but it does now, idk what I did it just started redownloading vanguard which opened riot client

Yeah, it was a vanguard issue then, try redownloading and resetting next time it happens and it might trigger the client again
