I am a bit concerned about bro. Like doesn't Beast make people sign NDAs to not leak anything once an employee is fired? And if I am not wrong exposing allat content and behind the scenes as well as the proof videos is a direct violation no? Like I don't know about the USA laws regarding this so maybe enlighten me someone on this topic.

NDAs cannot prevent you from revealing crimes. Since his info is about illegal activities conducted by mr. beast (false advertising + illegal gambling), any NDA he signed does not restrict him from revealing this.

That doesn't mean Mr.Beast won't try to sue him anyway because he might not have the money to fight a prolonged legal case.

if mr beast sues hes gonna lose a lot of his fans cant lie. the brand hes been building up for years could easily crumble if people start seeing as a bad person.

There is already enough to see him as a bad person. If he sues and the guy doesn't have the resources to fight (i.e. fight it out in court), he can potentially wave around a court verdict saying he was defamed.

It depends. I do think the guy would be able to potentially croudfund the resources he needs. Overall, Mr. beast is in a very tight spot bc of this.

Basically he has been exposed for faking videos and rigging his lotteries as well as fake advertisement. His former employee has come out with proofs and videos.
