Why are people saying FB is innocent

Isn't the org's second statement referring to slander statements from the mistranslation rather than the actual allegations from the accuser?

The org said that nothing illegal was found so no crime. Additionally, the translations and victim seemed to have blown a lot of things out of proportion and had misunderstood a lot of what fb did with his ex and there were quite a bit of inconsistency in her claims.

Because the victim herself says it's not illegal but it's a moral issue.
