He was their best oper in KICK//OFF and Stage 1, has performed very well for the majority of the year, does his job really nicely, and even had to IGL for a while in Stage 2 so Saadhak could focus on trying to play a role he's uncomfortable on. And even then he's one of the youngest players in VCT Americas—he's born in 2005, for crying out loud
