Meiy cannot speak any language except Japanese sadly (most of Japanese player actually). So little chance we will see any Japanese player on other team except on JPN team.

Yeah, there is some players like xnfri & allen at native level and tenzou, makiba, sugarzero able eng comms
but i think they're more comfortable with full japanese players
