It's probably because china came in late, at the same time pacific and china are so close together that the demographic( audience) will split up.
China can sustain itself without English stream while pacific can't ( no guarantee that they'll watch non English stream) ( idk bro I havent finished my marketing major yet 🤣😭)

Yeah but valorant_es is the actual spanish one and only streams emea and valorant_la are from south america/mexico and stream only americas. (For international events, they get together and do it together)
