Vitality rebuild threads

VIT just qualified to champs with three veterans and two younger prospects, and people are making rebuild threads? proven to be a top 4 team in their respective region despite being one of the lowest average ages across VCT worldwide

whats the point in making these threads so early? maybe wait for results first? the ceiling for this team is insanely high being this strong so early as a core

I have full faith in this project, and the new coaching staff is having a really good showing too. love gorilla and temoc

I think removing one player who got moved to off-role due to heavy underperformance is pretty justified and isn't a re-build, which is why I just want to see -runner +hiro
but kicks for n4rrate as well is a bit too far for me

Because out of all of the EMEA rookies this year Kicks and runner look below average I suppose, you're right tho it's not the moment. That being said in the off season unless they step up a lot I do think they get replaced

i mean they have been doing well lately but it is clear that sayf and trexx average performane is doing the lions share of the work.

maybe this team can even win champs who knows

but if they replaced the rookies with narrate and hiro they would go into LANs as farvourites every time

I agree that after qualifying they deserve suport forthe rest of the year now though which i will give them.

But management needs to make cacluations behind thes scenes for nest year

My belief in EMEA is officially over. Hats off to vitality for this achievement. Now I actually think FNATIC is the best EMEA team

VIT 2024 strategy is discouraging to say least.
Trexx/Sayf was clearly not player lose in regional league.
At least with newcomer like grubinho.

I mean I think this is very easy to say with hindsight, for most of the season they looked like Sayf + friends, but only recently they've started to look better. I my self can't wait to see them at champs, but it's obvious this team has it's shortcomings.

yes Sayf has obviously been a key piece, but disregarding someone like trexx is wild, isn't he #1 in stage 2 stats out of all players?
i still feel its really early for these threads and uncalled for, still multiple games left of season, both regionally and internationally

trexx has been good in stage 2, but I think his performance in split 1 was average at best, he's definitely an integral part of the team, it's just that as a team VIT has played every map win close, (with very few exceptions) and I just don't think its sustainable to keep it up with Cender's style of calling.

Personally I haven't really seen any threads calling for VIT to blow it up, but I have seen a few comments here and there, but there's always such comments for every team. I think they should continue with their current roster into the off season and see if they can get any upgrades for Kicks + RunneR later on.

if youre looking purely k/d wise, they don't look incredible compared to other rookies but I do want to point out kicks has great util usage and most likely is a very vocal player along with sayf and cender, really just a great systematic player plus runneR has been incredible at first kills and opening up rounds for vitality

people calling for them to be replaced dont really understand that vitality dont need superstars in every role, they're completely fine to continue building off what they have and to continue to work on being more comfortable in their roles (which they only changed in split 2)

plus gorilla has been an incredible coach, doesnt get enough attention at how he transformed the roster and the way they play
