Mortadelo [#4]CIS has insane amount of talent, probably the most or second most in EMEA but they overlap each other a lot. They currently don't have any proven world class IGL or duelist (not counting something cause he ain't coming any time soon)

Purpo on a Russian superteam as duelist would be deffo 2.0. Good, but not on pair. He's a much better flex imo

Well it's not really possible, you need a core of 3 Russians that have spent a full year in a country to become regional and then start the project, that's a big ask

I meant there is 0 CIS organizations in Valorant. Even there are more than 5 CIS players of tear-1 level
