Somebody explain to me champs qualification

Its kinda confusing to me

Who goes to champs now? The 3 who finish in playoffs, and the one with the highest champs points that didnt finish in top 3 in playoffs? So isnt KC in EMEA therefore auto qualed?

FNC is qualed off points since Heretics only need one point which would be the match that quals them to champs. could be mistaken though.

if one of fnc heretics or fut dont finish top 3 and KC doesnt either then KC will not make champs
