Nah I'm comfortable sitting still but idk it's just me and my thoughts but thinking it just a lot bc I can't just think about nothing like it's not possible for me. I can only think about nothing for like 1 second and then I realize I'm thinking about thinking nothing

most of the time yeah but with proper help it doesnt really result in anything bad. depends on what kind of autism u have as well.
try to start off talking online (etc find something common and mention it in instagram or smthg or snap)
flow the conversation from there
then after some small talk online it is much easier for her and you to approach each other
and js try not to be too bland
try to make an effort to make jokes and what not
