Teams like m80 and oxg can beat tier 1 teams. while tier 2 teams in other regions normally shits their pants playing against tier 1.
there's also tier 2 EMEA teams that can easily beat the likes of furia, mibr, even loud and current nrg

I don't watch Americas stuff so I did not know whether or not I was because g2 was good enough for franchising or not
trust me T2 in emea looks incredible, let alone Turkey with FireFlux looks way better than BBL (you could build a top 5 team worlwide with just turkish T2 players) and then we have a strong Apeks with Kaajak, an strong KPI with the goat Sayonara and Go Next looks also strong with Profek and Alexiik, Dsyre could be strong but the rest of the emea regions looks mid, for example Fokus having such a strong roster with individually insane aimers but failing to even make top 3
in Na Oxg is the best team player wise with MxS
