i get the meta is favoured towards aggressive duelists but that doesn't mean they HAVE to play a completely different style of valorant compare to what they know. like the g2 game, i actually think it would have been A LOT closer if they played a normal-ish comp, instead of the yoru deadlock fade clove comp that is just lacking SO MUCH info, instead of the 2021 bind comp meta, that again, lacking SO MUCH info

they dont have to but its a really good gamble
beating sen and g2 doesnt sound that realistic with their normal comps

they couldve qualified btw if not for the 12-5 choke

trust me it would look a lot closer than what they did. the amount of times they had to face check angles on defense because they don't have info is horrible to watch

we cant know that but sure
im just saying that theres a reason as to why they used comps like these and it was somewhat reasonable
biggest problem was lack of firepower overall, fns needs to have 4 good fraggers around him

i personally don't think it's reasonable to abandon their renowned playstyle, to try something new at this point of the season. sure i can understand and accept if it was split 1 and they wanted to try stuff out

they wouldnt get far in playoffs or champs if they didnt change anything in their gameplay
+as I said they scrimmed with these comps and probably did well

and the format is just braindead sadly and split 1 results matter in second split for some reason

i completely get that and understand that, if this was march. sure you could say they wouldn't get far in playoff, but they needed to get there first? changing your style of play isn't a mid-season thing, it should be a whole season type of thing. too late to try something new for the first time in 2-3years
