FPX or EDG first seed

Whats up with the FPX/EDG on CN Bracket? Aint it right that FPX is the first seed since they beat EDG in the group matches? what am i missing here?

There's a 3 way tie between EDG/FPX/Trace, so its goes down to map diff, hence EDG got the first seed
