GE fans come

Looking at current GE's performance it was quite visible that they lack firepower signing boomers won't win games it seems.
what are the realistic changes that GE's management can do to improve.

For me :-
-Benkai
-Blazeking
-Polvi
-Spin
-Bigtime

Both coaches got enough time to show and they clearly didnt improve rather last year's GE was quite better compared to the current one.

• Techno as Controller (Great Indian Controller player Showed quite some results in the Current VCL league )

• Venka as Duelist (Great Duelist Player from VLT , Showed brillent performance in the VCLSA league though he might have Retired to focus on studies)

Russ (Russ was quite good throughout the league in terms Of IGLing and some firepowers. Getting some good coaches can help him improve too)

Lightningfast as Sentinal (He was Quite good In terms of consistent performing in the league. Maybe he was there best player considering the whole season)

Revenant though they qualified Might not make through ascension , But Players Like Dos9, Paradox and Even Skrossi Showed some great performances.

May be they can sign dos9 or SKrossi or Paradox and Shuffle around the roles.

And Getting a good coach would really show some great results.

Stfu russ went 3 kills in Lotus yesterday and venka isn't gonna play in GE due to his academics. And sneaking into botssi is way ass criminal.

isnt venka underage , also i think like he can be the 6th and prac with the team but giving him duelist role straight up , might crush him and as of Lf on sentinel on this stage, i doubt that , as from lastwhen he played the role i can remember his anchors were avg and lurks kinda sucked only promise i see is techno

This GE iteration has won more games and have very much looked better. Last year had more firepower yes but the team actually properly functions as one this year and has way more ideas. This team is a great example of the team preforming better than the sum of its parts.

However I do agree that spin probably has to give way to a coach who is more familiar with the Indian scene as head coach. Making an indian roster that can compete in t1 is gonna be a huge challenge, so at the very least they need someone to help with building the roster.

Keeping Russ and LF as a core is something I agree with, and a great point to start for a full Indian roster for next year (and I do think GE is ready to try this, given that they found a decent t1 IGL in Russ)

Im a bit conflicted though about keeping Russ over Benkai, just because Benkai does just seem more consistent in his calling (a bit unfair to compare since the roster as a whole has gotten a lot better, but there were a lot more weird rounds back when Russ was primary IGL). You just cant keep both so its a rough position.

If ge wanted to continue russ as IGl why did they made benkai as igl in split 2
