what streamers are on oxg, M80, and DZ? the only team that people consider good that fits your description is MXS. the top 4 teams in NA t2 would destroy every other region. mainly because, like idkbro said, NA with similar player base to emea has 5 less teams in franchising.

one of the best leagues in terms of producing and scouting talent, UCAM would contend for playoffs in VCT EMEA, they have an amazing team, kpzet and maniek from Barca are good and ofc b1sk and the young goat Sayonara, some other interesting players in the smaller teams

yeah but they should be smart, some established players are good, for example I think sheydos is a bit overhated by KOI fans at times, I think he is still really good skill wise but I could understand it if u want new blood
