HP sauce is pretty 🔥

But I would have to say BBQ sauce for the variety. In America we have so many kinds of BBQ sauce it would blow your mind.

Mustard bbq, sweet bbq, spicy bbq, Kansas City, Georgia peach bbq, smoked bbq and tons more.

a really good roasted red salsa
there's as place near me that makes theirs homemade using an old family recipe using super deeply roasted red chilies. best thing you'll have on ANYTHING, super spicy though. even goes good on burgers.

Hot sauce, most versatile. You can put hot sauce on breakfast items, lunch and dinner. people will look at you funny if you're dipping you're breakfast burrito in ketchup or mayo you smell me

spicy bbq sauce. Not a fan of ketchup, I kinda like some mustards, mayo is fine I guess, and salsas and hot sauces are very good too
