this is considering budget + relative competition

EG has won a champs + lost a masters final to one of the best teams OAT (only one to take a map off fnc that tourney + .02 sec from OT on split in upper final) ALL on a budget probably 1/5 of Sentinels,

while SEN won the very first masters (1mil buyout for best player itw w/ no established meta) , and masters madrid which was crazy af considering how good we know GENG are.

their h2h is 3-1 in favor of EG as well
+reykavik had 10 teams, madrid had 8, while LA had 16 and Tokyo had 12

they wouldve still done good towards the end of the season. no doubt demon1 was the sole reason, but you cant forget how good the other players were by the end of champs. jawgemo was best raze player, and flex player, c0m was the best scan inititiaor with his godsent lurks and timings, ethan was just the goat, and boosty was a solid igl who did his role properly.

you’re right, demon1 and his aura helped all 4 of them get better and after they all went different ways they’re still good ( besides c0m ) but i’m talking as a org even if that team stayed together without demon1 idk if they’d still be good tbh.

And their biggest controversy was that they couldn't pay out 5 world champion contracts to keep the roster together

Got too much hate for that imo, and still put together a good roster and have made 4 players that people either didn't know or had given up on look better than they have in a long time

And made a good call keeping jawg assuming they could only pick one, this guy fries on whatever you put him on

I will say the 2023 EG roster was amazing and jawgemo and potter are both still great, but EG is not a good org. SEN is by far the better org in content and treatment of players

yeah bring pancada to put him on a different role (and losing) for a year to bench him for a vibe merchant the next year is great treatment + content is subjective as ur a SEN fan, i like the content EG puts out just as much 🤷
