even as an optic fan his neon wasn't really anything crazy they were just early adopters of the comp. but also he played it in a way that was basically just a entry bot for yay so maybe it'll be different now
I think with the new buff it could be possible to see victor neon again, whether or not he's still good on it is wait and see. I don't think he'll be Miniboo level but its not out of the question
