Is Victor neon good enough to save this team or are the just cooked

even as an optic fan his neon wasn't really anything crazy they were just early adopters of the comp. but also he played it in a way that was basically just a entry bot for yay so maybe it'll be different now

I think with the new buff it could be possible to see victor neon again, whether or not he's still good on it is wait and see. I don't think he'll be Miniboo level but its not out of the question

I'll be surprised if they run Neon on more than 2 maps
