Would you feel if it was better if for VCT groups they showed overall VCT record (split 1 and 2) instead of just split 2 because that’s what actually matters for playoffs?

they shouldve just had one event section that has stage 1 groups in it, stage 1 playoffs in it, stage 2 groups in it, and the overall record for playoffs in it

I think there should be an option to toggle between split and season records, if possible.

it should have the overall standings because Split 1 and Split 2 are not separate,

The only advice I have for VLR users is to use Liquipedia, they have the standings properly listed with both records combined with map diff across both splits
