is it really fair that one team gets to ban 2 best maps of opponent? i feel they should make it 1 map ban and maybe agent ban. this forces opponent to change comp and still have chance to win.

I like this one, let enemy team pick their maps after 2 map bans.
something like:
2 map ban by Upper team
pick next 2 maps by Lower team
so lower team now plays 2 maps they want first to compensate for upper team banning their 2 best maps.
nah the agent ban on the spot can f-up the entire thing.
2 map ban is a huge advantage, yes, but I think giving the opponents pick their choice after the map bans will be a nice little layer to balance things out. if the bans were their best maps, the chances would be lower, but if they were a permaban and the best map, there is only a one-map disadvantage, so hopefully, the opponent at least can start with a win.
previously, teams coming from the lower bracket had to win one more series in the finals. because it is only fair that teams that advance straight from the winner's bracket to the finals should also have a second life. however, in this case, there is a risk that the finals will be very long, so the advantage is applied in a different way. getting map ban twice is not a privilege, but being able to make it to the finals even after losing one game is a privilege in itself.
in the double-elimination format, the final itself cannot be fair. if both teams face off on the same ground in the final, it would be unfair for the team that came through the winner's bracket. the goal of the finals is to lift the trophy or not, i dont understand what does extra points or money means for
