Flor is a t2 level duelist, no debate look at her performances vs t2 teams she plays well just her teammates are DOGSHIT. I believe she cannot progress her career farming gc anymore, she legitimately has a chance to play t1 but she needs to prove herself in t2 first
Only reason to stay in gc is cause it’s free money which is fair but also is stagnating her career, she will never be a top player if she doesn’t join a t2 team and not doing so is settling for less

Only reports we’ve had is that Mel is trying to get on a t1 team, I don’t think any of them have looked into t2
I agree Flor should move on to a t2 team and keep on rising in the ranks. Unfortunately, flor, along with meL and their delusional fans seem to think SR can compete with t2 or even t1 teams so they should just keep trying (and failing) to qualify for challengers, if they can't beat teams with nobodies who's most known player is Shot_UP, it'll just never happen.

Well let me dumb it down for you, if u are earing 20k a month, you live in a nice swanky apartment/house and are the best at a lower level of work, you do your work quickly, you are the best in ur field and you can step up to the next level where the level of work is tougher and you may not be as good and also at the same time you earn less then 6k a month living in a dusty studio apartment, would you do it?

You do know how these teams and off-season stuff goes right? you need to actively be with a team and prac with them and also put time into it. but at the same time theres a chance that maybe all the time you put into the team just goes away for some reason, could be someone got exposed for being a shit cunt, someone got a paid offer, someone just doesnt feel the drive for valorant, what do you do then? start again? again you live in a nice big apartment with a big fat paycheck, why get out of ur comfort zone?
Yeah I honestly don't know why she doesn't go to a T2 team. I assume it's cuz she thinks SR as a full squad could make it together but honestly I doubt it. They've been trying for a while and they've never really gone far enough in the quals to make me think they have a chance unless they show massive improvement (which is very tough to do when your opponents are as far below you as the rest of NA GC is below SR). So shouldn't flor just cut her losses and jump ship to NA T2 and progress as a player

True, which really isn't a great look for GC. It's purpose is to foster talent from marginalised genders but the only talent GC has that might be able to compete in T2 seemingly doesn't want to make the jump, either because she expects franchising teams to be willing to sign her when she's old enough without playing in T2 (which is an insane gamble for someone so unproven) or she just wants an easy stream of income and doesn't care about competing
