Pls tell me this is a joke and 26 isn't actually considered a heat wave there
I've lived in Riyadh, Karachi and Bangkok where the summers are considered super 'hot' if you only look at the value of the thermometer.
But in England it's easily the worst, mostly because of the humidity combined by the fact that our houses are built like ovens.
Our houses are built to insulate heat, and even new houses don't have AC units built into them. Not to mention that they're super expensive to retrofit.
benjy [#3]thats pretty hot here!!!! but its not hot at all where i am
no way lmfao. what's the avg temp where u are?

That makes a little more sense but even then, it's still crazy to me
Conceit [#6]Not British but if that's much hotter than it is normally for a decent period of time it's a heat wave. It has nothing to do with British people's heat tolerance, it's just how we classify the weather.
Ig that's fair but it's still wild to think about, even with humidity
nobody___100 [#12]75 degrees here
NA heat tolerance is next level
(I'm trolling)
75 degrees freedom unit
