There are players like syouta, clz, aace, yatsuka. JP doesn't lack talents. And JP tier 2 is the best in apac for producing talents for tier 1 as well.

Losing duels is a sub product of bad macro. When you actually look at japanese players' aim, it's definitely not inferior to other region.
