in CS, men are better than women because simply biology as CS is a very mechanical game
but in Val where there's a bunch of random shit
doesn't matter if you're a guy or a girl as long as you're team functions well, you have good strats/comps, and you have radiant level aim (easy for anyone who spends 8+ hours playing the game daily, which most pros do, anyone can get good aim by spending so much time)
