Genuine question on Fnc fix

I don’t understand how you can play geng to map 3 ot and just barely lose out.

Then get demolished by FUT who got crushed by 100t and Heretics with a sub.

How do you go from so good to utter shit in 1 day.
For all the shit boaster gets and some of it is maybe deserved, they clearly can play to a good level. Is a roster change even gonna do anything.

FUT and FNC are way more familiar with each other. They had a close match in splits. It was genuinely a 50/50 match up. FUT is super inconsistent, unfortunately for FNC, FUT chose to be good that day.
