I think we can agree that so far crgs had that title placing 3rd. If TH win today they equal that and patitek has honestly been better
sentinelmain377 [#2]I don't think it matters if th win this or not
Patitek best stand-in of all time
fair enough
Congo1 [#6]Heretics the first team to make a 6 man roster look insane
idk why is no team signing patitek this is actually trolling
Sktchi [#4]im not sure how much of a "stand in" he is
hes played more games with this team than Woot has(hes a really great player though theres no denying that, hope he gets picked up)
He is a player that was not part of the team, FA, that got signed only for this tournament and who they had not practiced with until 1 day before the game. I don't think it gets more of a stand in than that.
Also the other times he played with them was never as a starter either, is not like they recalled an old member of the starting roster

Not really a 6 man roster tho

He played with them through all of kickoff and Madrid lol, it absolutely gets more of a stand in than that. I think he's amazing, but PRX and Navi had literally never played with their stand ins before Tokyo and Copenhagen. You're being a little hyperbolic, he's played with the team a lot at this point, in some really important games.

That is because they have had way too many problems, but he was also a stand in back then, I don't think it changes it. cgrs had been a member of PRX for months by then and knew they were playing with him with way more time than TH did. And about seider they didn't succeed that much with him, they went 2-2

Brother pati played with them in every game besides two games of groups and playoffs. It's not tough to fit a guy back into the same role he was playing for so many games before that. And knowing someone is your sixth man, and actually playing with them is super different. I'm not trying to take away from pati, but they've pracced with him a lot before this - you can't overstate things. The hardest part of playing with a sub is integrating them into your system, and pati has been playing in their system for a long time. It's impressive, and he's certainly been the best stand in we've seen, but you can't use the difficulty of fitting him in as a reason - it just doesn't really work.
Congo1 [#11]They will. Be patient
Kinda dont want him to get picked up tbh imagine he gets stuck with a team like koi

Brother they have had to changed roles with no practice. They played with this team and roles for the first time 1 day before the tournament

Pati played flex for them since the beginning on this team. Woot has been a duelist for way longer than playing flex, the only reason they didn't have him on it instead of miniboo was so they didn't have to change roles mid tournament. I appreciate you want to glaze pati, but the facts just don't support you - the roles they are on right now work very well, and are all their best roles.

TH signature was playing Neon on half their maps... and woot hadn't been main duelist for a year. That is changing roles. I understand your point, but I just disagree, I consider what they're doing just as impressive or more than what prx did. Also subbing in PRX seems way easier because of their play style

Yeah there's enough reasons to be complimenting pati that you don't need to go off about how crazy it is to integrate him, he's been a part of the team for almost their entire run this year - role change is not easy, but they've all played these roles before a LOT, and won a lot - I think it's a little silly to go so far on that one point, and comes off as pretty biased honestly - but if your prerogative is to just glaze TH and not have a meaningful discussion, go off king lmao.

stop replying to this dude. all he does is say that reduces pati down to that and doesnt acc care . hes done it for ages now

sorry but putting in a streamer who plays gekko, before gekko was meta, into the team right before masters is significantly harder. firstly, he was mainly a streamer, need i say more? secondly, prx had to adapt some comps to fit the gekko in, because cgrs didnt play kj on all the maps. the 3rd place finish is what tops it all off..
role changes of one player who had already played with them through most of 2024 isnt more impressive in any way, even if patitek is a better player in every aspect
