i saw this and thought why didn’t they just go somewhere in APAC and scrim the other teams ? I know there region is new but they’re miles better and you don’t get better off scrimming bad teams

i think FPX just has some insane aimers tbh. and rely more on individual performances then team performances.

EDG and FPX probs have the nastiest aimers -haodong and maybe -nobody. they have bad team play tho like yesterday edg lost soo many 4v5s

aren't they like rich as fuck, even G2 could afford to go boot camp in the offseason vs EMEA Teams ( when i was typing this i forgot they have a whole HQ over there lmao ) but still EDG is rich can’t be that hard

the point is to leave the country for 1-2 months to get quality scrims to win a event, it’s not only to improve yourself but to improve as a region. most teams there scrimming barley know proper valorant and just running it down half the time

damn i think the offseason events after champs really ruined their confidence in their innovation cuz they kept losing in those

but tbh u also got FPX coming from china whose innovation and prep looks insane
their problem is atleast clear to them now , if they dont innovate for split 2 and champs they should import coaching staffs

Scrimming is not the problem. The ping is not bad at all. I think the coach was talking about actual matches. Ofc that's one of the reason but same thing applied to fpx so not much of an excuse for this piss poor gameplay especially against TH.

Sometimes you do need some real matches to validate your comps. Like 100t played like shit in their first match on stage 1 and they improve after, and prx's champ 2023 gf bind comp also did great on scrims but went 5-13 against eg
