sinatraa plays duelists too, not just sova. Maybe he's improved his player pool to include smokes too in his 6 months absence. It's unlikely but a not that unlikely they'll pick him up

You only have to keep 3 of the 5 that you got the circuit points with, I believe. So they can cut someone else since they just got their 40 circuit points with the most recent roster
