undisputed worst region in valorant right now,
why are they even a separate region? don't tell me it's because they have two billion people or some bs like that, doesn't make a difference in the slightest if their talent pool isn't strong enough to contend with sea
why aren't they one singular region like how it was on cs?

just like how it is in counter-strike then, no difference

they have their own region because riot can make a shit ton of money off the huge number of orgs in the country

riot don't give a fuck about region quality, if they did half of pacific wouldn't exist

all riot cares is how many eyes can they get on their product that will make consistent sustainable cash

if we want china to succeed it needs better leaders in terms of coaches and igls

in an ideal world i think you could've had china and korea in one region, maybe like 4 korea 7 china, then slot in a few random apac teams for pacific

VALORANT, Riot Games' first person shooter, officially launched in China on July 12th 2023 , bringing the developer's polished mix of hero-based mechanics and strategic gunplay to esports' largest market.

my bad,i meant to say apac as a whole so south korea does count in that
also i think the average sea team is better than average cn team AND the worst sea team is better than worst cn team by a landslide

yeah i do remember that, valorant wasn't officially released in china and edg was still able to dunk down multiple kr and jp tier 2 teams to qualify to champions 2022 so they was clearly playing that game competitively before official release

RRQ and TS can beat both of them. It will be close against FPX but not EDG. As for talon the fuck does ethnically Korean matter? They played and train their whole career in NA. Are all those sea players in NA apac talents now? I guess SEA has 2 world champs now.

Yeah but a lot of people are still thinking Chinese players are newbie and need times to develop. That's so funny.
Riot favor China and abandon others regions such as Brazil-Latam (merged to Americas), or MENA, Oceania, Vietnam (no teams in franchise system)

I feel like that would just doom Japan to never qualify for anything (I mean that might be the case right now anyways but still)
