Are talents which are 18 years old actually gonna be the next gen? I mean in EMEA there are many Tier 1 players below 20, I dont know how its in Americas, APAC, CN but can we rely on them?

hm ok I know of these boys but Imo teams in Stage 2 should give them a chance and make roster changes if possible, teams on the bottom like EG

i know some players like mxs flyuh chose to stay in tier 2 rather than join a bottom tier 1 team
