I believe turning full korean is the best instead of awkwardly managing an english speaking roster, this will let players express more clearly. They can still have some english speaking by putting in a good English speaking tactics coach (like TLN FrosT or ZETA Carlao). I think still keep Autumn but make him a mental coach/communications and stuff. Rossy and xccurate are amazing players and deserve Tier 1 teams but I don't think T1 would be the right fit for them. After Shanghai it's clear to see that the team needs changes, I think it's a really bad sign if a team plays well one day out of ten but seems to crumbles the other nine days. Realistically, stax can be picked up since he is inactive DRX but Akame might not be available since he's midseason in Reject.

Xccurate is very good but I feel it would be more about fit with this new roster. With Stax Xccurate wouldn't be IGL and him an saya both player the opper role when you don't really need more than 1. Xccurate would easily find a new tier 1 spot though don't get me wrong.

why does T1 going full korean doesn't involve kicking either carpe or saya? T1 can easily pick up an IGL like yoman instead of hoping for carpe to be star player that he will never be and they can also maybe lure stew away from CN

Given that xccurate might actually learn korean, he's too good to drop. Izu may be a bit too inconsistent to keep imo. If stew is open, he would be a great pick ngl. Saya is also pretty mediocre. Plus stax was forced to igl in drx, so it's unlikely he would take another igl role now that he escaped his jail.
