i tried taking creatine and i was trying the loading phase but after taking 10gm twice in a day i got stomach issues and fever, so what should i do now do i take 3gm a day or try loading phase in a different way

ShanksFan69, if you're new to the gym, start "natural" and build not just your muscles but your whole body and mentality. If you're just sitting on your ass all day and just wanted to go to the gym and started with creatine, you are not setting yourself up for success. It's going 0-100. If you're a bit more experienced and are still having these medical issues I would consult a doctor.

personally i don’t even think you need creatine that much i always just drank protein before/after my gym sessions and it has been quite beneficial

Real asf, the only thing I use is pre-workout for the energy.

Creatine is only necessary if you're starting skinny imo as it's way harder to build muscle than convert it from fat.

Bruh why are u a vegetarian like honest question? If u want to build muscle it’s essential to eat lots of protein heavy foods like chicken,beef, fish, eggs exc.

beef is not available in 99.9% of India and for chicken it is like special weekend food of butter chicken, Fish is not readily available in non metro cities of north India, You can build muscle lot of guys do that here, It is not political vegan vs meat deate here, it is religious or families that are vegeterian want their kids to be vegetrerian, kinda sucks but it is what it is, for me I eat eggs and 4 scoops of whey to complete protein goals. matter of fact kfc have vegeterian options here

creatine helps but it is not night and days, Biggest natty guy in my gym has never touched creatine

20g in a single day? Lol. Why? Recommended is 3-5. It isn't needed to begin with but if you're gonna use it, stick to that.

I’m losing it at the people saying to go “natural.” Creatine literally just encourages water into your muscles, allowing you to lift slightly more and speed up muscle recovery. Just take 3g per day everyday and you should be fine. Just start off slowly going maybe 2/3 times a week focussing on a different muscle group with each session. Then just slowly go more and increase the weights when exercises start to get easier. There a plenty of youtube videos on the exercises you should do.
Importantly ensure that you are drinking plenty of water as creatine causes you to become dehydrated quicker. Good luck!

That's why I put mine in quotes. My point was, if you're new, don't worry about any supplements and just get in the habit of going. Once you're more involved and and in the intermediate phase, you can start worrying about supplements.

yeah thats what i dont understand creatine isnt steriods its just there to increase my water retention but in youtube i have seen that if we take 20g a day for the first week our muscles will be saturated and it has same effect as taking 3-5g for one month so i thought to give it a try

ME and other users suggested you not to load but you went with it don't load had you been taking 3g-5g per day since you made that post you would be full with creatine levels, dont follow random ahh youtubers, loading is simply not needed. for hindi follow - all about nutrition, we r stupid yt channels For english go with jeff nippard,trainer winny, randumb fitness. Just complete protein goals eat clean hit hard &1-2 supplements.

it takes time to build muscle as a vegetarian.minimum 6 months to understand.take creatine after 6 months .stop the creatine now.u hav fever then take full rest and recover.Even I am a vegetarian .started my jim journey 3 yrs back at 50 and now i am 73.It takes time to build strength and muscle
