As someone who has watched way too much valorant over the past few months, I think that every EMEA team that isn't gentle mates has the potential to get a podium place (top 3) if not win an international event. Many of the other regions have clear top dog teams that blow the rest of the region apart (I'm looking at you APAC) but no challengers that can make them sweat. americas is a bit better, but emea is the only region where I see nearly every team as competitive.
navi, fnc, heretics and fut I would say have potential to win an entire tournament. (vitality too assuming they pick up a proper duelist)
liquid, gx, koi, bbl, kc, and current vitality all make it out of groups at least 75% of the time.
