It's funny in spanish, I don't think it's the same in Portuguese but aspas are the blades of a fan xD

basically both, cuz before he was accused cheating (he has a vac ban acc in cs if im not wrong) and then he made a play where he spins against scream to dont get shooted, and then the casters says "GIRA ASPAS"
