When the 1st season came out it had 0 buzz, sure it was highly rated but in terms of popularity your average anime watcher would have never heard of it at the time

parasyte for me. it's a little old now so never gonna be super popular but i've loved it ever since i first watched it. i've rewatched 3 times by now i think. it's always been one of my favorites. i never hear bad things about it, but never hear much about it in the first place. maybe it is not underrated as i think
will always be heavenly delusion for me, did so badly at blu-ray that it most likely isnt getting a second season and thats criminal
