they aren't bad but riot set SA teams up for failure by having the t1 in LA
i think reta and exl may have a decent chance but this year seems to favor oxygen

SA and BR teams arent bad, but not being able to scrim t1 teams is a massive disadvantage
NA teams get the best prac
Not the Best moment for them, they lost to oxen. I think they have a great potential but also they are very inconsistent. I have more expectations in reta and all knights now but i think is very difficult that one latam team made it
