i mean if your IGL is fragging out of his mind and you still lose, it shows that there's something wrong with the other players. If your star duelist/stars aren't performing then you obviously lose. I do not see the whole concept of an IGL needing to frag, its not a priority. The priority should always be the calling. FNS and Boaster are both insane at that. Sure their aim is not the best, but I do not think they need insane aim to be known as the best IGLs.

But this does not mean that I don't respect fragging IGLs. johnqt and sadhaak are insane at calling and aim, have to respect that.
