T1 qualified cuz geng fucked up their upper bracket match , the problem with the format is its not double elim first round
I know, but still. Seeding is pretty fucked tbf. U can go 6-0 in alpha and have the same exact seed as a 2-3 team
in fact the biggest problem is that the top 3 from the same group end up in the same part of the bracket in the playoffs. So even double elim wouldnt help
When majority of the teams got to playoffs just off of map differential says it all
The actual best teams win their matches. If they failed to qualify its on them.
