I know, but still. Seeding is pretty fucked tbf. U can go 6-0 in alpha and have the same exact seed as a 2-3 team

in fact the biggest problem is that the top 3 from the same group end up in the same part of the bracket in the playoffs. So even double elim wouldnt help
