benkai had an awful rating but he's fine
literally everyone else is questionable, especially the coach since FNS is kinda right the vibes are good the comms are just straight awful and they seem to be trolling half the matches instead of trying and just playing to play and not to win. that can be the IGL too but also the coach is supposed to keep the team on the same page and take pauses and calm them down and make them lock in, which I haven't seen once.

He can't. Once a player registers as part of a particular region in Tier 1, he can't change his region again. Same reason why Russ will be considered an import in EMEA now onwards
