Simply because G2 is not on the same level as 4th seeds. G2 isn't that shit so no EMEA team will get a 4th seed

when did they tell so? they clearly mentioned in the promotional video of berln, that they will try to keep teams of same region in different groups, hence obvious that 4 emea teams into 4 different groups
