im rewatching the games and they hesitate sooooo much when they mid round. it sometimes looks like they don't trust whoever is calling the mid round. when they don't hesitate, their rounds look so much better
cboomer [#2]Overrating the midrounding lol the team has so many issues
It’s easy to look at a minimal and say Ethan’s fault but the reality is there’s like 1000 things going wrong before that that affects it
when did i say its ethans fault. i don't think their issues are that complicated tbh. just stop hesitating mid round, fix role issues (which is basically only victor raze demon1 smokes), play icebox. those don't seem like very complicated issues
there's other issues too but a major one is their proactivity. They suck complete ass at trade timings especially in site hits, pressure themselves with time, second guess themselves during rotates, etc. Victor on Lotus felt like he had to hold his own team's hands when it comes to committing fights with Raze. They crumble against teams with decent firepower and have to rely on defaults to reset themselves too often, shit is tragic lol.
This is the same issue NRG had last year with FNS but like 10x worse.

i feel like they just don't know how to trade each other
it's not like '23 fnatic which didn't really trade that much because they're playstyle was centered around individuals getting map control, like this is a team that has serious spacing issues during their set execs after a year of defaulting

Doubt that's ever gonna happen. They really like to fake coordination to themselves by playing it safe but in reality they're one of the worst teams when it comes to staying on the same page when it matters. Demon1's heavy engages this split in an attempt to change the team's pace were met with pretty much no support a bunch of times, and instead of fixing that problem, they put him on lurk duty to compensate.
If they couldn't fix a major problem like that with the time they've been given, don't expect them to change it up moving forward lol.
